Yes, we can create a customized sorority, cancer awareness ribbon or corporate sweater or scarf for you and your organization. A minimum order and design fee apply. Orders are typically shipped out within two business days of the purchase date for in stock items. Please allow 5 weeks for non-stock custom orders. After the order has been shipped, domestic delivery takes on an average of five to seven business days. We offer priority and express delivery for an additional charge.
We make every effort to keep our items in stock. "Out of stock" products are typically restocked within 2-4 weeks and delivered to you as soon as they hit our warehouse.
If for some unfortunate reason your item is damaged during shipping or found to have a manufacturer's defect we will gladly replace it with an identical item. All items should be opened and inspected as soon as they arrive and deficiencies reported to PURL Stitch Designs™ within 5 business days of the package arrival. We cannot accept returns that do not have their original packaging and packing slips. We will gladly exchange sizes for sweaters that do not fit, however you will pay the return shipping. Please look at our SIZE CHART carefully or contact customer service (Mon-Friday 8:30-5:30 Pacific Standard time) 1-800-975-6184 or info@PURLstitchdesigns.com if you have questions about size before ordering. Please do not send items back to Purl Stitch Designs™ without getting a Return Authorization Number first. Items will not be accepted if a Return Authorization is not issued by Purl Stitch Designs™ within two weeks of receipt.
